Here is the long awaited JetBlack VS ported to windows. I made some minimal changes to the theme to make it a little more usable. Comments?

*IMPORTANT*

Because Stylebuilder will not change the Menu text and 3D Objects text you WILL have to change them manually.

Use these RGB settings to get a perfect look.
